Cobalt-based Alloy Powder (Co-B) is an alloy powder with cobalt as its main component, commonly used in thermal spraying, wear-resistant coatings, and components designed for high-temperature (up to 800°C) and high-strength environments. To enhance its performance, Co-B is typically alloyed with elements such as chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, and carbon. These elements form carbides, such as WC, W2C, and W6C, which improve the material's hardness, strength, and wear resistance.
