Ti 8-8-2-3 consists of 8% Mo, 8% V, 3% Al, 2% Fe, and balanced Ti. The addition of vanadium and molybdenum to the alloy enhances its strength, while the addition of aluminum improves its corrosion resistance. The presence of iron provides increased toughness and improved weldability.
