Ferrosilicon FeSi3.5 Powder is made into a metal soft magnetic core, after being insulated and coated, and prepared by a powder metallurgy process. It has the special functions of magnetoelectric conversion and energy storage filtering. Due to the existence of the insulating coating layer on the surface of the powder, the electrical resistivity of the powder is effectively improved, making it have a lower loss under medium and high-frequency conditions; at the same time, the thickness of the insulating layer is thinner, which has limited influence on the saturation magnetic induction of the material.
