Pre-alloyed Powder FeCuCo (X6-630) is manufactured by atomization method. Since each powder particle contains various metal elements that make up the alloy, the composition uniformity of the pre-alloyed powder is quite good.
It is a high-end fortified powder with fine powder. It has a wide range of processes and can replace part of the elemental cobalt in the formula to reduce production costs.
