Commercially Pure Titanium Spherical Powder (CP Ti) has high-strength, good corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. CP Ti has more than 98% titanium with a small number of other elements such as C, O, N, and Fe to increase titanium’s tensile strength and reduce its plasticity. This can improve pure titanium metal’s limitations.

Commercially Pure Titanium Spherical Powder (CP Ti) is widely used in medical engineering, aerospace manufacturing, and chemical processing due to its good biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and high strength-to-weight ratio. Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile which is often used in making titanium plates and tubing. Grade 2 titanium is the most widely used in different industries due to its moderate strength and ductility. Grade 3 titanium has better ductility than Grade 1 and 2 but is a little bit less formable. Grade 4 titanium has the strongest corrosion resistance, good formability, and weldability which is often used as a medical grade titanium.
Our Commercially Pure Titanium Spherical Powder (CP Ti) is carefully handled during storage and transportation to preserve the quality of our product in its original condition.
